How much does Candy AI cost?

You looked up the price of Candy AI and every site gave you a different number. They are all describing the same two plans. Premium costs 13.99 if you pay month by month, 8.99 a month over three months and 3.99 a month over a year, charged as 47.88 in one go. Premium Plus costs 59.99, 38.99 or 18 a month on the same three durations. The figure you read depends on which duration the writer picked, and nothing else.

All numbers were read on the subscriptions, tokens and checkout pages of our own paid Premium account. We are not Candy.ai; we pay for the service like you would.

Six prices, two plans: the full grid

Candy AI shows a price per month on every card, but it charges the whole period at checkout. That is why the cheapest figure, 3.99, is never what leaves your account on day one: you pay 47.88 for twelve months. The table puts the advertised monthly price next to what is charged upfront and what a full year costs, so you can compare durations on the same footing.

Why other sites quote different prices

Most of the confusion comes from two choices the writer makes without saying so. The first is the duration: a review that wants Candy AI to look cheap quotes the yearly 3.99, one that wants it to look expensive quotes 13.99 or even Plus at 59.99. The second is the country. Our account is Belgian and the page shows euros; US sources show dollars. The numbers are the same, 13.99 is 13.99 on both sides, only the currency sign changes.

If a figure is not in this table, it is either a token pack, a plan with an add-on included, or a price we have not seen on the account.

What the subscription covers, and what it never covers

A paid plan opens the doors; tokens pay for what happens behind them. The subscription page lists the benefits as unlimited messages, 18+ images and videos, the full live action experience and the right to create your own characters. "Access to images" means the button works, not that images are free: each one still takes 4 tokens from your balance. The included tokens, 100 a month on Premium, are there to start that balance.

If you only chat by text, the subscription is the whole bill. The moment you want pictures or calls, read the token price list before you choose a plan.

Premium or Premium Plus: the token maths

Plus is often sold as the plan "with more tokens", so the fair test is to buy the same tokens on Premium. The dropdown on each Premium card raises the monthly allowance to 200 tokens for 6 more a month, or to 300 tokens for 12 more a month. On yearly billing, Premium with 300 tokens costs 15.99 a month; Plus costs 18 for 330. On monthly billing the gap is wide: 25.99 against 59.99.

So the extra 2.01 a month on yearly billing buys 30 more tokens and the Plus features: Elite chat models ten times a day instead of once, 20 memory slots instead of 1, five cloned chats instead of two, chat customisation, user personas, early access to new characters, and 10% extra tokens on every purchase on the yearly and quarterly plans. The page also states that an upgrade starts at once and that unused time on the current plan counts toward the price.

One year of real use, priced three ways

Take someone who wants about 50 images and 20 minutes of calls a month. That is 50 x 4 = 200 tokens for images plus 20 x 3 = 60 for calls, so 260 tokens a month. Here is what that use costs over twelve months depending on how it is bought.

The same use costs more than twice as much bought month to month with packs. The yearly add-on is the cheapest, and Plus yearly costs 24.12 more over the year for 30 extra tokens a month and the Plus features. If you are still unsure you will stay a year, the 3-month plan with the add-on is the middle ground.

Who charges you, renewal and switching plans

Candy AI is run by EverAI Limited, company number C107181, 56 Central Business Centre, Triq Is-Soll, Santa Venera, Malta. That is the name the bank sees, so your statement line reads "EverAI", not Candy. Every plan renews automatically at the end of its period, at the same duration. You manage all of it from the plan block at the bottom of the settings page: Current Plan, Change plan, payment methods, the renewal date and the Unsubscribe link. Which plan matches which use

The right plan follows from how you use the app, not from the banner. Text-only users never need tokens; image users need the add-on; only people who want one long-running companion or the Elite models every day get much from Plus.
